Solta is one of the Central Dalmatian island that lies only 9 nautical miles from Split – the main tourist centre. Yacht base and village Rogac is situated on the northern part of the island in a pine trees bay. The village has the main ferry connection of the island to mainland. It is an ideal destination for yachtsmen and anyone interested in exploring and enjoying the beauties of islands and isles nearby.

The whole Rogac bay is well protected from all winds with the exception of northern wind (Bora – NE) during the winter months. The bay of Rogac has three parts - Kasjun, Banje and Rogac. Kasjun is situated in the western part of the bay and is sheltered by a small peninsula. The middle bay is Rogac, the best secluded bay with a dock for ferries and catamarans which arrive several times a day. Not far from those central docks is also a small marina for sailing and motor yachts.

The bay of Banje is situated in the southern part, ending with a pebbled beach, great for children. The sea is clean and clear, so you can take a swim while waiting for your sailing boat to be prepared for embarkation. The charter base is only few steps away from the beach, local coffee bar and pizzeria, from where you can enjoy the view of traditional stone houses, olive groves, the church of St. Theresa...
