Villa Meloni is situated in the small village of Meloni on a ridge and with spectacular views overlooking town of Motovun. One of the best Istrian designers was involved in restoration of this beautiful villa. Villa’s interior is a combination of traditional and modern features which creates a very comfortable home for 4 people.  There’s a private pool with water jets that provides a perfect spot for soaking and relaxing with the great view of the surroundings.

Ground floor has an entrance hall, modern kitchen with indoor barbecue, dining room, living soon with an open fireplace, bathroom with Jacuzzi and utility room. Two rooms are situated on the first floor – one double with en-suite bathroom and twin single bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Villa’s outdoor has a private pool (3 x 3 m), large garden (partly protected with a stone wall), dining area in a covered terrace and a private parking. 

Weekly rate in this villa includes 7 nights luxury accommodation, welcome pack, maid service (3 times a week), laundry (once a week for linen, three times a week for towels), pool and garden maintenance, gas, water, electricity bill, firewood, tourist tax, registration fee and villa mobile phone.
