Apartment No. 2 has about 28 m2 and it is situated on the upper floor. It has one room (for 2), bathroom, small kitchen and saloon area where the spare bed for 2 children is. The apartment is perfect for couples and those with one or two children as it has enough space for a 4-member family.

It is air conditioned, with satellite TV and two terraces that together have about 26 m2. The south terrace has a great sea view towards south and the east terrace is perfect to get out of the sun in the afternoons and just lay back. In the back of the apartment is a garden, yard with outdoor shower and a big dining area. That area has all the necessary for preparing the meals outside (fridge, sink, kitchen utensils...) and a big grill so the guest can dine there, especially in the nice warm evenings and nights. This area is for use of guest in apartment No. 2 and 3.

There are also 4 parking spots closer to the road for the apartments' guests (all in the shadow).
